Athletes should be well hydrated and bring a full water bottle.

Athletes should wear cool outdoor clothing and appropriate shoes for active play.

***LUNCH: We are excited to provide lunch for all campers each day. To help families plan ahead, the lunch menu will be posted one week before camp. Please note that we are unable to accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special dietary needs. We encourage parents to review the menu and send appropriate meal substitutions from home as needed to ensure their child has safe and suitable food options.
